Road projects delayed in New Delhi

The National Highway Development projects are on halt in New Delhi.
Land acquisition has become a major drawback for the delay in the road projects.
National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) had implemented around 226 road construction projects out of which 58 of them are currently delayed.
Due to this delay all the chief engineers of NHAI has resigned and now the state ministry is held responsible for all the problems.
