Rs 350 crore worth land lost private parties
The Hyderabad state has lost land worth Rs 350 crore to private parties.
The Supreme Court recently paused a Special Leave Petition filed by the Hyderabad state government in concern with claiming titles of this 25 acre land.
It is quite clear that the state has lost thsi 25 acres of land only because it had to approach the court within 90 days of the High Court verdict.
However, the government took efforts to file Special Leave Petition only after a year.
Also, the Supreme court recently learnt that the state government is indulged in the litigation with private individuals measuring 75-acre Naga Hills layout.
If this the scenarios followed up by the government the functioning of the district administration will be a huge failure!
