RWAs to save up green belt in Gurgaon

No Comments Sub Category:Uncategorized Posted On: Mar 28, 2012

A very planned initiative has been taken by Gurgaon residents on saving the green belt.

Residents’ welfare associations all over the city have met the HUDA administrator and have spoken out their problems to him.

A pilot project has been started in Sector 4 and encroachments on the road in the green belt will be removed by the civic body.

A group of five active residents has been made to spread awareness among other residents and to get consent to remove encroachments.

HUDA administrator wanted the RWAs to take up the task themselves in saving the green belt by not burning plastic, giving daily feedback on the work, speaking with with the executive engineer to discuss ongoing development work, etc.
