Good news for those who want to keep energy flow in check!
Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (Bescom) is soon going to introduce a smart prepaid metre for the efficiency of energy used in Bangalore.
The metre will cost you around Rs 4000 to Rs 5000. It will give you a clue of amount of energy being used by you on daily or monthly basis.
Bescom managing director P Manivannan says that the metre will be out in market by next year and can be used by its 73 lakh consumers.
