State Governments can enact Real Estate Regulation and Development Act

The department of Urban Administration and Development proposed to enact the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act by the state governments.

Different state government has passed real estate regulatory bill for their respective state.

The new bill will be proposed and sent to the states so that they can decide their own requirements on the bill.

The central government has drafted the regulatory bill and the state government will be responsible to implement the bill.

This decision will work as a motivator for the real estate in India.
