Stringent procedures delay project completion
Nowadays, development of projects are getting delayed because of many factors.
It is not always builders’ fault!
The factors may range from getting Government approvals on the property, hike in property prices and borrowing rates, unavailability of skilled and unskilled labourers and land acquisition from true owners, etc.
The Real Estate Transparency Index 2011 showed a report that developers themselves want the rigid procedures to be less stringent and relaxing which might save owners’ as well as builders’ time and cost on the project.
