Sunteck realty to acquire 10 acres of land in Mumbai
A 10 acres land parcel in Goregaon suburb of Mumbai will soon be Sunteck Realty’s asset!
A realty developer, Sunteck Realty has decided to acquire 10 acres of land priced around Rs 350 crore.
At present this land is said to be occupied by cattle sheds and half of the land is left vacant.
Meanwhile, Sunteck Realty is looking out for a financial assistance of 30 million dollars to take initiative of developing this land.
Also,Sunteck is looking forward to join hands with private equity firms to pave way for the enhanced development of the land.
