Sunteck realty will invest Rs 5400 crore in Metros
Mumbai based real estate builder Sunteck Realty plans to invest about Rs.5400 crore by 2020. They also planned to construct 18 million sq ft of real estate property.
Sunteck Realty currently constructing 27 projects across the country.
According to Sunteck, there is lot of demand for luxurious apartments.
Sunteck Realty will complete five residential and commercial project in this year.
The Sunteck Realty mainly construct luxurious apartments in and around metro cities. They are already constructing projects in Navi Mumbai, Nagpur, and in bandra-Kurla complex.
