Township to be launched by Puravankara Group

Bangalore- A renowned developer of Bangalore, Puravankara Group, is all set to launch a residential township in off Mysore Road, near the Bangalore-Mysore Infrastructure Corridor ring road junction.

The township project, ‘Provident Sunworth’, spreading across 60 acres of land, has been planned to include a built up area of 6 million square feet. It will offer 1 BHK units with area 883 sq ft and 2 BHK units with 1082 sq ft area. 1 BHKs are priced at Rs 29.75 lakh while 2 BHKs are priced at Rs 35.96 lakh.

Provident Sunworth is expected to generate a revenue of Rs 2,500 crore. Within five years from the launch, a total of 5952 apartments have been planned to built. The subsidiary of Puravankara Projects, Provident Housing, will be developing the township.

The developer has planned to launch 5.97 square feet by June 2013. Its current focus is on expansion plans that include launches in Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Mangalore and Mysore along with two more additional projects in Bangalore. Later it would concentrate on markets of Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Ahmedabad, Pune, Kolkata, Nagpur, Jaipur and Baroda.

The group has been looking for land parcels in Delhi/NCR and Navi Mumbai. Among two projects that have been planned for Mumbai, one will be a joint development while the other will be an outright proposition.
