Un-used lands now under developmental projects
Several un-used government lands are planned to be used for various developmental projects in Thiruvananthapuram.
This concrete proposal is said to be launched and showcased at Emerging Kerala meet which will be held in the year 2012.
The government departments have been given the authority to prepare list of lands that have been un-touched till now and also to identify the promoters to take over those lands.
With the orders passed on by state government, tourism department will also provide their un-used land for tourism purposes to any private investors.
