Undri to get a group housing project
A group housing project is being launched in Undri, Maharashtra which is spread over 8.64 acres of land.
The project will be a group venture of Godrej Properties and Mosiac Landmarks, local builder settled in Pune.
The project will offer 2, 2.5, 3 BHK and penthouse apartments in total of 5 lakh square feet area.
This venture was sold for a good amount and Godrej group will get a 51% share of the profit.
