Wave will invest Rs4000 crore in Noida real estate
Wave Infratech, the realty wing of Wave group, planned to invest Rs. 4000 crore in a township project in Noida.
For the first phase of the township project 152 acre area are identified in Noida.
They will launch the Wave city centre, which will be a city within a city. And the Wave city will contain all world class amenities.
Wave Infratech is waiting for getting all required permissions and approvals, and hopes to get all confirmation from the respective departments.
They are aiming to start the project within a month. The builder planned to fund the project from internal fund, booking advances from customers as well as they will opt for debt and private equity.
