Will commercial realty succeed?
Now with the fall in realty sales the builders have lost faith in commercial property market.
The major reason is the drop down in residential realty sales.
However, according to the latest RICS India Commercial Property Survey now the investment demands of the realty sector has cooled down when compared to previous few quarters.
Due to realty sales drop the new projects were paused since 15 months bringing in huge loss during the end of year 2011.
There was a recorded time during previous year wherein the realty sales had completely dried up!
Fluctuations seems to be never ending and right now the commercial realty sector remains unpredictable!
