Now the residents should understand as why the traffic department has hiked the fine amount and made it mandatory for the violators. Mainly accidents are happening in Tilak Marg circle, Parliament Street and Chanakyapuri in Delhi. What I feel is that buying a plot and then planning for the construction of house is one of the tooughest tasks. I prefer more for ready to occupy flats wherein we can take possession immediately. Hey Amit, the new traffic rules in Mumbai says that if anyone found talking over the cellphone while driving will be charged Rs 500 for the first time and if that person is found repeating the same thing the fine will lead upto Rs 5000. For drunk drivers fine will start from Rs 2000 and if the driver is caught drunk again within three years then the fine will extend upto Rs 10,000.

Hi, i would like to suggest you that, just invest 15%and try secure a 85% loan on full cost of house + registration + development charges ( this includes renovation after buying resale). I have been unsuccessfully looking at making an investment (worth living in a few years or rich returns) on the Noida Express highway since the last three years. the prices have risen almost two fold over this period. I have a few questions - which i hope some experienced people can help answer:
1. Can anyone suggest if investing in K tower of Ajnara Daffodil will be a sound investment?
2. Is there any other option in the Express Highway - which would be better?
3. What about Sunworld Vanalika - Only few very high floors remain in 1405, 1730 sqft area BSP being offerred on 40-60 scheme is close to 5800 - is it worth it?
4. I can spend 40 lacs as down payment now and the remaining over the next few years - so please advise some sound options for a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment.

If you want to compare in regards to place then Noida Express highway is much better than any other areas in NCR. ERA has collected money from buyers for pre-booking the plots in Sec-103 long time back and not an inch is constructed yet.. Seems that all the approvals are also not in place.
