It was found that the cause of fire was due to mis-functioning of electric appliance from the Reliance store which was in ground floor. The fire spread in such an extent that it took 6 hours for the fireman to stop the fire. The government is going to take the initiative to renovate Mahabub Chowk, and Clock Tower. Deccan Park will also be restored. Why is GHMC victimizing the buyers and letting the builders go scotfree who promised that,because of their good relations in ghmc,(whatever that means) they will get the pent houses regularized.There are hundreds of single penthouses constructed on 6th floor of standalone buildings.Even after completing all paper work and paying a penalty of couple of lakhs,GHMC has not given BPS,and iinsisting on NOC from A P.FIRE SERVICES, by installing fire safety equipment,which will again cost another 4/5 lakh.which the owners can not afford.About 2000 files are pending,many since 1998.
Why does'nt GHMC file cases against the builders and
force them to install the FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT,
instead of penalising the innocent buyers.?

What are you saying, did you know that Yamuna Expressway Authorities some time ago, I think in 2009, launched a Residential Plot Scheme with more than 21000 plots spread across 5500 acres of land. I bought a flat in the Sarovaram Green Homes Apartments, a project in Kondapur by the Satyavani Homes Ltd (who operate from Khairatabad, Hyderabad). I have already occupied the apartment and most of the flats have been occupied, but the builder had NOT finished the amenities on terrace as promised in the Sale Deed & what was in the original plan.
The association also has been formed many years back for maintenance of the apartments. Even after so many requests by association & flat owners to the builder, Mr. Surya Prakash, he has failed to even start any work on the amenities as promised.
People should be careful with this builder & the group, my learning is that we need to always see the history of the real estate builders before dealing with them. Because such builders promise first, and then they break it after taking all the money!

Since you are planning to buy an apartment that falls under gram panchayat zone, you have to be extra cautious as far the documentations are concerned. Also check with exact ownership or the tehsildar and do enquire from local residents about any disputes from the land. The building plan must be HUDA approved. . Plz crosscheck the following documents like Title deed, commencement certificate issued by Muncipal corporation. The builder should have Layout Regularisation Scheme which has to be obtained from HMDA. If the builder has not applied for the same, then the individuals have to apply in concerned zonal office of HMDA with required fees which can be paid through DD. You can approach the concerned zonal office and enquire about the BRS to be paid. If I were you, then I would definitely look out for these satellite towns or urban nodes. There are more of these than what Shivakumar mentioned – Bhuvanagiri, Shabad, Chevella, Jeedipally, Bibinagar, Choutuppal, and Toopran. According to the HMDA masterplan, there are going to be elaborate road networks, designed parks, civic amenities like ample water and electricity supply, among other things. Social infrastructure is also going to be a strong point for all these urban nodes, making them prime candidates in the real estate investment scene. If I were you, then I would definitely look out for these satellite towns or urban nodes. There are more of these than what Shivakumar mentioned – Bhuvanagiri, Shabad, Chevella, Jeedipally, Bibinagar, Choutuppal, and Toopran. Miyapur is one of the developing areas around the city and it is expected to have a good rate of appreciation in the near future. I mainly like it because it has lots of lakes and parks making it a very pleasant locality to stay in. The prices were at an all time low in 2009-10 but they picked up very quickly in 2011 and since then it has only gotten better. I remember, when I had checked the prices in 2010, they had picked up by about 10-15% and then again in 2013 when I checked back, it had again picked up by 10%. So investing point of view it will be a good decision.HI,
