Department of Registration and Stamps has made all the arrangements for the implementation of enhanced rates of registration of Urban properties with effect from 1st August 2014. After the formation of Telangana State, this is the first step for the revision of registration fees. The officials told that registration fees will be revised from 20-80% depending up on the location time business importance. In areas where the stamp duty is already high, enhancement will be 20-30%. It is expected that areas which have been developed recently, the value of lands will go up. The officials also told that the enhancement will not be excessive. What I have to say is that we have tried several times to find the variation in the tax collections but the GHMC Alwal division has not come forward with any satisfactory replies. We now plan to raise the issue during the Monday Praja Vani. The tax department always states ‘ask the deputy commissioner’ and vice versa. Inefficient and useless Builders. Can not complete the project in life time. Started in 2007 and 1ill now 10% progress. Looks like the most of the reviews are created by the builders own people for their rating alive. I pity them for giving such false ratings. Surely their inner sense never say so after seeing the fate of this project.
One can watch the status of the project from 2008 to 2016 in Google Earth in order to feel the visible progress of the project.
Taken almost 70% money from the purchasers. And could neither sale further nor settle the issues of Purchasers.

Dear All, Please Be ware while purchasing plot in Nadella Estates. They are illegal purchaser and court is against on all his appeals. Survey numbers which have issues are 174,175,177,180,181,187,189 & 190. Initially one developer sold 650+ plots of 82 Acres under Survey Numbers 174,175,177,180,181,187,189 & 190 in 1984 /86. But this company trying to occupy that land in illegal way since 5-6 years and we heard that they are trying re sell the plots (which are already sold long back) through other real estate companies to US folks and other part of world now. You can see the case details IA 408 of 2009 in ecourts of Medak district which is against to Nadella Estates. Even you will get plot owner details in registration website of telangana.
