I live in Malkajgiri and I have been through these problems. But, I guess area like Malkajgiri developed too quickly with a little less planning which are causing these problems. Hey this is a really beautiful residential project. It has all good facilities plus lots of greenery and open spaces and gardens. Environment is pollution free also. Hi I read online that the cost of this project is 600 crore! And Kompally is very nice area. So definitely value of investment in Bhu Sattva will fetch you very good returns. Nanakramguda is another nice suburb in hitech city. The property prices are a bit expensive, about 4k to 5k per square feet. And there are few mid end projects. I don't think the apartments in Apurupas Sri Nivas Heights are too spacious. see, for a 2bhk apartment, the size is approx around 980 square feet. for a 3bhk apartment, the size ranges between 1550 to 1565 square feet. and the price per square feet is Rs 2700. Good to hear that you are planning to live in Ameerpet. This is a good area, with decent connectivity.
