Its funny that the project that started out to fix the water quality issue here in Nagole, has actually made the condition so much worse. Right now situation might not be good in Vijaywada. But there are plans of developing 3 mega cities and 14 cities soon. When that happens, it will be best time for you to invest in Vijaywada. Yeah I know. It's been delayed by a long time. But usually these GHMC projects are like that only. If you ask them they will blame it on the politicans or residents of the area saying that they were not corporating. ORR project is alsmost over :) Even PV Narasimha Road Elevated Expressway is almost done. Traffic congestion has known to be a problem in the past in Hyd. Sainikpuri is only half an hour away from the IT hub at Pocharam. This also was one of the reasons that real estate demand is high in Sainikpuri. Hello. This is still an under construction project. It will still take about a year to be completed till January next year. The developing company is called Modi builders and this is coming in in very close proximity to the Samshabad International Airport. So this is a good project to look into.

Buying an apartment in a place like Koti can be a problem, as there are not many options there. I think a rental place will be good. In koti, the rent for apartments starts from Rs 9 per SQ ft, and I think the price is same for individual houses as well. So you monthly rent will come close to Rupees 10,000 or so. Even i heard the same thing and decide to investigate a little. There has been a growing demand for the breakup of the GHMC into separate corporations for Hyderabad and Secunderabad. It seems the Telangana Government has finally decoded on the split. As for how that will affect the real estate market, since all real estate projects have t approved by these corporations, new rules might apply for the same.
