The problem was garbage dumping in the drains, merger of sewerage lines and water supply lines, service cables crossing the storm water drain, were all obstructing free flow of water. The sewage seeped onto the streets and this posed serious health concerns. I think the project is about to finish. As for now, the construction works of the blocks have been completed. only the remaining interior works are there to be finished. Yes, in fact talks are already in progress with groups like Mahindra, to get them to set up their operations here. The govt is using the really old air strips that Warangal has. Btw, there is severe waterlogging problems in road no. 12 here in Banjara Hills. This is actually quite dangerous, as plenty of accidents occur due to this. Previously the delay was due to the Governments decision to make all the signs in Telugu language. This issue has been hanging in the air for quite a while now. As this is in the center if the city, the acquisition of this property must have been really importent for the metro rail authorities. Builder is refusing to disclose the information and reluctenet to provide details of title and exact survey no in which my house falls under as it is a total of 12 acre gated community layout which has been approved by gram panchayat.
He is not cooperative, finally the story is as
He has sold few flats to an NRI and registered my flat (about to buy) on his name.
Now they are saying that agreement will be done between NRI and us instead of PVNR SHANKAR GREEN HOMES
If we issue the checks on the name of an NRI will there be legal issues later on by PVNR SHANKAR GREEN HOMES
If its so will there be separate agreement between us and builder for construction in the land ?
Will there be any issues in LOAN processing ?
If loan to be disbursed then will it be on PVNR SHANKAR GREEN HOMES ?
is it the fair practice ?

Hi. I suggest you talk to other residents in that area, if you can. You will understand how the builders are. Maybe ask around in the local areas where they are located you will get some information. The authorities of the GHMC have actually ready to send red notices and seize the properties in the city if the tax is not payed subsequently. I am in the decision phase of buying a 3 BHK flat at this venture. I want to know the details from the forum before approaching the Sales & Marketing Dept at this venture. I have a few questions :
- What is the price being quoted for a 1600 sqft, 3BHK at this point and the best price they would come down to after negotiation ?

Yes. So the numbers last year was just 3.7 metres but it has gone too much. Kulsanpura in Asifnagar has levels dropping by 10.21 metres from 4 metres last year.
