There are quite some issues in this colony. Number one problem is the mosquito menace. this has been going on for a while now. A burst drain pipe or something was the cause of sewage and drain water to be leaking out onto the open streets and mosquitoes immediately accumalated in the area as a result of this.There are quite some issues in this colony. From what Ive heard one of the grade separators of the flyover would start from Ukkadam junction and end near TNSTC bus depot on Sungam Bypass road. A spokesperson of the company spoke on the issue and has said that the locations are identified in Coimbatore district are highly water-stressed with groundwater levels declining at an alarming rate.
