The apartments in the Provident Greenpark are 1, 2, and 3BHKs. The average square foot price of these apartments is around Rs 3500. These apartments are mostly budget apartments so you will find smaller 1BHK apartments for Rs 18 Lakhs as well as a proper 3BHK flat within Rs 43 Lakhs.The Provident Greenpark apartments have not yet been completed. Selvapuram is a nice locality in my opinion. this is primarily a residential locality. but, you can see some commercial spaces here like the muthoottu mini. There is a theatre here named the Shivalaya Theatre. Nanjundapuram is quite a good locality in terms of urban development and infrastructure. Although there are some roads which still need some more work. But otherwise it’s a pretty decent locality. The ongoing Sowparnika Beetal project is a notable upcoming residential project in this area. I think you made a good choice with this one. You can buy a 2BHK or a 3BHK depending upon your requirements. In the case of the 4BHK, there is a garage space, a small garden and a front porch provided along with the house. The ground floor has a spacious dining room, a modern kitchen, a utility area, a balcony, and a bedroom with attached bathroom. They have villas and rowhouses. The villas are out of stock though. You can get a rowhouse if you want; they are pretty good as well. This is one of the many projects by Sree Dakhsa Property Developers, you can check out the others if you’re interested in the developer. Yeah, I also agree about the location. Definitely a good idea! A relative of mine has already invested in that project, he bought a 3bhk apartment. The construction work is still going on, but I really like how the place is turning up. It will cost you around Rs 10,000-120,000 per month for an average 2bhk apartment. Its slightly more expensive than some other parts of Coimbatore, but I think its worth it, because there are a lot of perks of living on Mettupalayam Road and working in the Tidel Park. The landfills are going to be transformed into nice parks for better waste treatment. So I vividly remember standing by the pan shop on Pankaja Mill Road Junction on Trichy Road this one rainy Sunday afternoon. Little did I know that I was asking for trouble. I'll bet that's what was on everybody elses mind who were taking shelter under the bus stop but as we were all cramped up together, there was barely space to breathe (or so it felt like). So the reason we were doing this wasn't because we were enjoying ourselves, but we sort of had to as the road is that narrow and if we stood on the road, we would have had to stand on a car or bike. Water problem can get very bad in kovapudur and other parts of Coimbatore like Vadavalli and Ramanathapuram. The bore wells have got very polluted before and packaged water is super expensive plus the public taps for water are really far away. Actually now there's a problem with the Shunya project because many residents in RS Puram weren't corporating with the waste disposal scheme. Segregation at the source didn't really happen and the residents were just dumping all the waste together. The sanitary workers have issued notices to all those households who do this and have said that they aren't going to dispose of the waste that isn't segregated. This project is really effective because the 80 sanitary workers working on it already have collected about collected 3,844 kg of saleable waste between October 2, 2013 and February 14, 2014! the remaining wet waste ofcourse goes to the Vellalore dumb yard to get composted. Yes the water levels have risen. the mayor has also stated that we will get new application for water starting from August 1. The residents feel it is high time and finally it is happening. The process of getting new application is an online process. There is a portal of the civic authorities, where we have to enter our personal details and request for the new water pipeline. It will ask for mobile number and everything. After all the information is provided, the request is saved, and any more details will be sent to the residents through SMS. Inspection date, plumber in charge and date of work will be sent by sms. This project didn't end up happening last year because there was lack of funds as well as not enough plumbers for the job. Only 60 plumbers but there were 100 residents. Stagnant drainage water will just be floating on the streets and we've had to put up with that foul stink for so long now. 2 years ago, there was an underground drainage scheme that was implemented by Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board to rid the streets of this water but then works just stopped a year and a half ago. Silt and muck are deposited and block the drains. When it rains, the situation is beyond horrible and it gets very nasty to deal with. This is so that the last quarter of the financial year of 2013 to 2014 runs smoothly, and the civic authorities will not tolerate anyone who does not pay them the tax. They have also sent notices to all the representatives of these apartment complexes so that they can take the initiative to ensure that all residents have payed the tax. This problem was actually brought up and discussed in a Traffic Advisory Committee meeting, where it was also decided that all the 51 signals in the city will be auctioned off to the highest bidder, who can use them for advertisement purposes. The problem previously was that the private parties were only selecting a handful of signals to sponsor. Some of the signals were getting completely neglected because of this. So now the Coimbatore Corporation have gone on this massive project to get rid of all these illegal structures that have cropped over all over these lands set aside for the parks. Currently they are conducting a drive to identify all such park allotted areas in the city which have been illegally encroached upon. I’d also love to know something more about this, does anybody know? I know of a number of places which were allotted for the construction of parks in the city. The study that is currently involved with this matter has to deal with the situation and it is upto them to find a solution. As of now, the problem is there is lot of slow of sewage in the canal which regularly gets blocked. This needs to be properly cleaned. Suggestions are being given to coimbatore commissioner and collector. Right now everybody is waiting for the formal response from the corporation to take the next step forward. The study that is currently involved with this matter has to deal with the situation and it is upto them to find a solution. As of now, the problem is there is lot of slow of sewage in the canal which regularly gets blocked. This needs to be properly cleaned. Suggestions are being given to coimbatore commissioner and collector. Right now everybody is waiting for the formal response from the corporation to take the next step forward. Yes but actually now the corporation has proposed for the formation of 11 scheme roads in order to make the traffic situation better. The corporation has already allocated 2 crore for this project and is hoping to get 124 crore more for the laying of this 16.8 km stretch scheme road. 170 scheme roads in Coimbatore were selected for development but the first one was the Thadagam - Perur scheme road where works are going to start very soon. Developing this particular road was even confirmed by the 2013-2014 budget. The Thadagam-Ponniahrajapuram-Chokkampudur Link Road also is on the plan for development. Apparently they are constructing all these unauthorised structures in Kovaipudur. I think it is really shameful for a government body to act like this. One thing that can help a little bit is, ask yourself if you want to stay in a huge gated community with more than 400 houses, or a small one with less than 100 houses. Anyways, I do know that this particular project covers about 28 acres of land and they are going to construct for 4.5 million square feet. Sounds huge isn't it? One more update about this project is that they are trying to convert the property into SEZ. If that happens, the wonderful for companies or people investing in this property. Garden, play area, gym, community hall are some of the best amenities here. There is no water and electricity problems here so this is a good residential area for you. The Saibaba Colony area is well linked to all parts of the city and apart from being a pretty decent residential area it is also home to many commercial centres. There are many residential projects that you can look at for immediate occupancy, other than the new and upcoming ones. I'd say this is the right time to invest here as by current market trends, the values are only going to increase in the future as the area is developing even more. Yeah, but this was back in July, they even submitted the report on july 15th. Initially the LPA had identified a total of 46 buildings that needed to be inspected. On the positive side, the ward councillor has promised that the Corporation will repair the drainage underground and in the process make the roads motorable. The healthcare needs are also met sufficiently in the locality by a couple of good hospitals and clinics over here. Telungupalayam Hospital is definitely one of them. The Annai Nursing Home and the Coimbatore Doctors - RK MEdical cnetre is another two prominent medical centres of this region.
I think you forgot to mention the Padmavathi Hospital, which comes up when the road passes through Madampatti. Other medical centres worthy of a mention are definitely the Kalpana Hospital, the City Hospital, RR Hospital, Revathy Hospital, and Seetharam Hospital.

Hey here's some information on the dimensions of the villas here. The 3 BHK villas will have a built up area of 2250 square feet to 2700 square feet while the 4 BHK villas will have a dimension of 2700 square feet.
The prices meanwhile of the same will be some where around Rs. 1.29 crore onwards which seems pretty reasonable compared to the usual price ranges.

Hi, Not only just the amenities, I was going through their page and just noticed that the living, bedroom and the dining room are covered with 2 by 2 vitrified tiles. Basically in a great turn of events Kochi Metro Rail Limited has stepprd up to provide funding for the Pachalam rail over bridge project which has no beneficiaries or funding. But now with this surprising move it is looking like the over bridge won't be a distant dream as it seemed.

The Officials are now saying that the proposals for bus stands at Vadavalli, Kavundampalayam and Vellalore and laying hockey turf and service roads were sanctioned but awaited funds. These projects are in the final stages but there are not to blame this time. I think the issue related to the traffic as welll as the parking problem is also affecting the residents and visitors here alike.
