Its really a nice place, and we don’t face many such issues, but there are few bad roads here, like the Road no. 10 which is really uneven and badly maintained. I generally avoid taking this road, because it is not well constructed. It has all the important facilities and is quite affordable. the property is located in uppal also, so lot of good school are there around like PRM school and St Marks High School. Yes the connectivity of the place is also good. the nearest railway station, the Nampally station is just 8 kms away and the Pragathi Nagar bus stop is less that a killo meter away! Hey even though Medchal is a little away from the city, there are a lot of TSRTC buses that go from the Secunderabad Junction to Medchal, So the onnectivity is also pretty good. Builder is refusing to disclose the information and reluctenet to provide details of title and exact survey no in which my house falls under as it is a total of 12 acre gated community layout which has been approved by gram panchayat.
