There have been many complaints form buyers, construction delays, false promises on the part of the builder etc to really make the project trustworthy. Id suggest you to steer clear of Ashok Nagar in Himayatnagar. There is this massive open drain that breeds mosquitoes, causes illnesses, malaria, and water borne diseases. One thing you should know about Hill's Colony, is that the water connection is really bad. Especially in the summer months, the municipal water supply dwindles down considerably. Last summer we had to run around trying to get water, as the municipal water supply stayed down for days. In 2012, that whole drainage thing happened and property values decreased like crazy. Now it is slowly picking up. But if you're investing here, I suggest you go in for long term investments. it's still going to take some time before this market is completely at its peak. There used to be severe water problems in the locality. But not so much anymore. The water issue in Ramanthapur was addressed last year by the BJYM. Actually the new park that is supposed to come up in Ibrahimpatnam is located on Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway. This is an extension of the already existing aerospace project in adibatla. And now basically what telangana government wants to do is increase their market share in the aerospace sector by 15 to 20%. Apurupas Sri Nivas Heights is well connected because of the Vijaywada Highway. Ok so Ive heard that the chairman of the standing committee, said the tax waiver would be applicable to only residential properties for the current year (2014-15) and not on arrears. Hey, Yes, the ISKON authorities have give their aproval for the metro over head bridge to pass across their property provided that it does not damage any of the main structures of the temple. This is how it will be. I’ll continue on what the other person said. There are several charges involved first it is penal charges which would go upto a lakh or more for a 3000 sq. feet land, then there is betterment charges, developmental charges, prorate charges and then finally building approval charges which could be quite a bit of money. Hey the Government has recently released the new IT policy in Hyderabad and according to that, rupees 20,000 crore has been allocated to the IT/ITES exports and it is aiming at 16% growth rate in the IT sector shortly.
Yes, and on e of its main agendas isi also that this will provide a direct employment to around 20 lakh members. I think now Hyderbad will be the new IT destination of the country with this policy.

Padma Rao Nagar was basically a residential locality and it has recently seen some commercial establishments due to its proximity to the Secunderabad Station. The Habsiguda area is pretty populated and is quite noisy near the main road, but it does have calm and peaceful localities inside. Anything to help you out. This project is being developed by Sri Aditya Homes Pvt. Limited. They are offering 2 BHK and 3 BHK homes with different built up areas. It ranges from 1140 square feet to 1445 square feet.
Hey, did you know that the project is approved by HUDA or Hyderabad Urban Development Authority which means there won't be much of a problem when it comes to the land dispute issues and stuff. So if you are looking to buy it. You should definitely go for it.

I can give you some information about the Guidance value of some localities. For example, if you take some upcoming localities like Erragadda or Sanath Nagar, which have the advantage of being located along the National Highway ( national Highway No 9), then the guidance value for places like these is around 3,500 to 4,300 rupees per sq ft.

The governement is only concentrating on the rural areas around the city for major development of the water tanks and not so much in the Hyderabad city area for the same.
