The problem with Tellapur is that, even though it is very well located and close to all important places, it is still so darn difficult to actually get to other places in the city like Gachibowli and Madhapur. The flyover construction that is happening alongside the bridge is another big headache. Hey the place is good and all of that, but let me warn you there are some downsides of Kukatpally. You should be aware that there are no proper footpaths for pedestrians on that long road where the metro constructions are going on. Thing is I don't think you can move into green space signature apartments as yet because the possession date is only sometime in March 2015.
