Be careful if you are travelling on the Nanjundapuram road at night. There isn’t proper street lighting, and many motorbike accidents have already happened here due to extremely bad condition of the road. The corporation has dug up half the road to lay a massive underground drainage pipe. The remaining half is used for commuting. This area is highly accident prone. If you ever come to this area you will see how high the pollution levels are because of the ongoing construction work. It poses major problems to the families living around this area. A linear route to connect the eastern and western parts of the city, a northern loop and a southern loop. The linear route will start from Chinniampalayam on the west and extend till Thondamuthur on the east, while making several stops at places like Airport, KMCH Medicity, Tidel Park, Nehru Stadium, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, etc.A. Yeah, Hyderabad can be a bit tedious. I lived there for a year once and it was very exhausting. You will find Coimbatore quite a pleasant change from that city. Kovai Pudur is located on the foothills of the Western Ghats, so the weather is pleasant all year round. Hello. There's been an update on the pricing factor of the apartments here. The prices will go from about Rs. 45.32 lakhs to about Rs. 48.40 lakhs. And as he said, Peelamedu is a residential place, and the security is also good. There are gurkhas roaming the streets every night so thefts are very rare. Whatever you want, food, groceries, supermarket, everything is close by. There are also really good schools and institutions here, if you have kids. For the past six years this project has been on and off countless times, and the worst part is that the longer this construction goes on, the more these people living near to it are affected. Even the water supply to the areas surrounding this place has been affected due to this. And by the way, the Mumbai based company is Hindustan Dorr Oliver Ltd. So yeah God only knows when this project will actually come to life and when people will start benefiting from it.Yeah even I hate it when they keep stretching these issues for a long time. So the latest is that if they get the funding for this then they will immediadety start work.But seriously that is just horrible is it happens because, the lakes ecosystem is at stake! the vehicles travelling in such close proximity to the water body will completely damage it. And I find it weird that a city that spends so much on rain water harvesting doesn't spend spending a lot on a project that harms an entire water body. Real estate will fall for sure in all these localities around the lake, especially once the lake is polluted. Hello. From what I have heard and know about the Srivari Ramakrishna Gardens, it is one of the completed prjects of Srivari Infrastructure developers which has been ready for occupancy since May of 2013. Comprising of just 3BHK residential option, the gated community takes up an area of about 2100 to 2300 sq ft. I would suggest that you go in for a villa that is closer to the entrance of the property as this can give you easy access to all the amenities in and around the complex. Overall a very good project, and it is a safe bet for investment purposes. Hello. This is risky because failure to resolve can lead to disruption of the water supply from Siruvani to Coimbatore city. The tension is so heavy in fact that the district collector of Palakkad had to convene a series of truce talks to break it. The internal issue is fast becoming a state-wide row which could affect the supply of Siruvani to the whole of Coimbatore.

Hey there's another problem i recently read about. Sai Baba colony's pathetic excuse for a burial ground! The near two acre plot off Mettupalayam Road appears more like a dump yard with footwear, domestic waste, debris and much more strewn around. Thorny bushes only complete the picture. This is very sad for the lower income groups living in Sai Baba Colony. they're the ones who actually use this site for a burial ground and they are upset with the fact that the place of final resting holiness has turned into some sort of garbage site. Problem was about 10 years ago, this was supposed to be converted to an electric crematorium for the Hindus. But that never happened and as a result, neglect has led into this scenario. Oh my god I know exactly what you're talking about. I also had to go to Vedapatti to visit my relatives every so often. It was only possible for me to go after 9 pm and I used to go on the Sundapalayam road. I always have to drive very carefully over there because of the threat in this area. It is not criminals like robbers and murderers who I am scared of. I dread the street dogs in the area because they have become a major menace to those of us riding on 2 wheelers. They chase you, continuously barking and even attempt to bite. This has caused lot of accidents and I actually saw one happen in front of my eyes. I would say it is the best place in Coimbatore. real estate properties in this area are built in such a way that it is close to airports and railway station. The airport is 19 km away, railway station is 9 km and Gandhipuram bus stand is about 14 km from Vadavalli. Vadavalli had 24 hour water supply from the Siruvani river so it doesn't even face water shortage unlike the rest of Coimbatore. Very nice schools and hospitals are over here. Once the sports complex is built it will be open to all civilians, not prison inmates. Another thing that is being expected from the sports development authority is the construction of a stadium and a pool within these grounds. Good news is that there is clause that the students from city corporation schools will get a priority to use the facilities offered by this sports complex. I think they want to save the Siruvani water supply for the dryer months, especially for the next summer, when the lack of rains dries everything up, and there is a bigger water crunch faced by the whole city. Oh Selvapuram and Kallamedu both faced horrible civic issues just about 2 years ago. There was so much stagnant sewage water in the streets with the civic authorities doing nothing about it for an entire year. The residents really had a tough time with the smell and unhygienic conditions they had to go through because of this. That too this sewage is what comes from household toilets and there used to be a tank to collect all the dirty water but that tank stopped being functional and it was just a mass spillage of sewage everywhere. The main reason for this pathetic drainage condition was because of unauthorised constructions that came up over areas where the drains crisscrossed. The Thaneerpandal road is the major arterial road passing through here along with the Vilankurichi road. Also keep in mind that the Avinashi Road also passes by quite close, so connectivity is supported pretty well indeed. Its pretty equidistant from the city centre and the airport actually. I'm trying to pay Property tax online for the year 2015-2016. I missed the first pay where the Demand Date was 1-Apr and there was a penalty - understandable.
Why is there a penalty on the October payment, its not due yet. Can someone help.

A penalty will be added to your tax if your payment is late. The later the payment is made, the greater the penalty. We have a plot of land in Pollachi and wanted to know what is the significance of Patta?
Also, please can one of you suggest how and from where do we get the the required" patta" for the plot of land?

To obtain Patta for plots of lands, you must follow, following procedure:
1. Apply to the concerned Tehsildar or any appropriate administrative authority in a format prescribed by the Revenue Department.
2. Enclosed documents tat pertain to the plots ans details of the owner.
3. An interview might be sought by the Tehsildar with the applicant if needed.
4. If the Tehsildar is so convinced, an on-site visit is also possible. But these are generally for lands that are entangled in legal disputes.To obtain Patta for plots of lands, you must follow, following procedure:

Due to Proximity to CBE Avinashi Road. CBE and Tirupur are poised to be the twin cities and there will be lots of development in between these cities along the this road. This area is in between these cities and closer to CBE. The central CBE can be reached within 30 minutes from this area. Industrial SEZ Suzlon at Karumathampatti is not far.
